HOW TO PLACE ORDER

  1- Select the Lamp Code + Select the opaque lamp base colour 

2- Send WhatsApp message or e mail us, to confirm tentative delivery time and total order value, for the selected Light code + Colour + Quantity required

3- Offer with Total cost and tentative dispatch time, will be sent back to you, through WhatsApp message or e mail

4- On receipt of our offer, Make payment, if satisfied, and send WhatsApp message or e mail to us, to confirm order and details of the payment made 

5- On receipt of payment by us, the Order receipt & dispatch confirmation will be sent back to the customer, through WhatsApp number and e mail ID 

6- As soon as the item is ready for the dispatch, information and courier detail will be sent to the customer, through WhatsApp number and e mail ID

 1. Select the customized Lamps option 

2. E mail us the Option selected, Colour, Quantity, Design and features required

3. Quotation will be sent back for your assessment and confirmation

4. If satisfied, place order with 25% advance payment against full order value

5. Sample will be developed and sent or handed over for approval

6. Again, if satisfied, deposit balance 75% payment

7. As spoon as lamps are ready for dispatch, information will be sent to you through WhatsApp message and email

 - Items once sold will not be taken back

- Video and photographs of each item from different angles are given in catalogue, for your assessment

- Before placing order Clear all doubts, Ask as many Questions as required, Satisfy yourself with Design, Colour, Price, Features. and Despatch time 

- Unnecessary return cost is neither added nor charged from the customer. It increases the product price

Proper packing is ensured to avoid transit damage 

Always shoot a continuous video from start to end, while unboxing the item purchased from us. If, box or item is damaged or broken, repack it, and send the video to us through WhatsApp or email. If item damage is visible in unboxing video, the item will be replaced including courier, at the earliest possible.
